Sales Process
Very knowledgeable and personable. Spent a good deal of time in the attic before coming up with proposals to deal with our concerns.
Our Installation Crew
Worked hard and completed in two days what I thought would take 2 1/2 to 3 days. Seemed truly interested in doing a good job.
The Cleanup Process
They tried hard to keep things clean and to do a thorough cleanup. The only suggestion for improvement would be to use floor protection (tarps or drop cloths) for areas leading to the actual work area.

What made you choose our company:
TCI was the only company that submitted a proposal for our attic work that really seemed to understand how to correctly fix ventilation issues, including the importance of sealing air leaks and capping intruding light fixtures that otherwise could not be insulated. As well as being able to install treated cellulose insulation, which was my preference, they were able to arrange for disposal of the old fiberglass insulation batts I had them remove. Finally, since TCI is qualified to remediate mold, I did not need to find another contractor for that task.our service area
