The homeowner explained that there was raccoons in his attic that were causing a mess, he noticed a awful urine smell coming from his daughters room where the attic access is and went to investigate and found urine and raccoon droppings everywhere. Our solution was to remove all the contaminated fiberglass batt insulation and the blown in insulation. We installed metal mesh fencing around the peak of the roof to prevent pests from coming in.
