Our customer was referred to us by a roof contractor for he thought his attic had a roof leak. The roofing company found a PVC pipe which had been leaking for awhile and a incredible amount of mold too on the sheathing and trusses. Once our inspection was completed the mold was caused due to the batt insulation setting up against the outer edge without enough baffling to allow the attic to breathe properly. The insulation was also upgraded to R49 with our blow in Cellulose. Our customer now has a clean and energy efficient attic.
