Mold in Attic, Whitmore Lake
Challenge
Our customer called us after a home inspector had completed an inspection for a home sale. Once our mold inspector evaluated the homeowners attic it was apparent there is mold to remediate. There were roof exhaust vents in combination with intake vents which should allow proper air flow. We also recommended installing perforated soffit vents. The challenge in this attic was the low pitch for our crew.
Solution
Our customer chose our company to remediate the mold. After showing our customers the pictures we took of the attic they wanted to schedule immediately knowing we could get rid of this mold. Our production crew used RMR-86 and RMR-141 products to remove the staining and mold. This job was straightforward and completed in a timely manner so our customer would have no doubt for the new buyers. We also give the before and after photos for the work we do and a one year paid in full warranty for the work and this certificate is fully transferable to the new homeowner. Both parties were pleased with our quick service to have this completed before the close of the home.
