Photo Album: Cold in the Winter & Hot in the Summer Bloomfield Hills, MI
The homeowner explained that her utility bills were higher than she would like them to be and she was also uncomfortable with the upstairs portion of her home because it was warm during the summer and cold during the winter. It was around 8-10 degrees warmer downstairs than it was upstairs. No snow was on the roof during the inspection in the middle of winter.
