The homeowner explained that he just had a wood burning stove installed in his home and he would like to have his insulation upgraded because it seems that his house doesn't retain the heat once heated and his house is always really hot during the summer months. The homeowner chose to have the problem fixed because energy costs are only going to increase and he wanted to be ahead of the game making sure that his home would be energy efficient and retain the hot/cold air he was paying for to make his home comfortable.
