This homeowner called our company to do an Ice Dam forming on his roof. After the assessment of his attic our inspector found mold on the sheathing due to improper ventilation. There was also an inadequate amount of insulation. Our homeowner decided to clear soffits and add new baffles along with remediating the mold and having us top off his attic with blown in cellulose insulation.
