Visual mold in the attic from improper ventilation. We remediated the mold and topped the attic off with cellulose insulation. 

This home was on the market and a home inspection was done buy the buyers. After our inspection the job was accepted and scheduled. We remediated the attic using Mold X2 products and MoldX2 Botanicals. After the cleaning we cleared all soffit vent from debris also adding new duel baffles to ensure ventilation was proper and the reoccurrence of mold wouldn't return.

Our customer called for she had a buyer for her home and a inspection was done and her attic showed possible mold. Our inspection confirmed this and TCI came in and remediated the attic. We used Mold X2 products and Botanical to clean the attic. We also clear soffits of any debris or insulation and add all new baffles to correct ventilation.

The baffles along with other ventilation in the attic with help keep the flow of air circulating and keep a heathier attic for the future homeowner.  

Our customer had contaminated Insulation from mice and some mold substance on the sheathing and trusses. We removed all batt insulation and remediated and disinfected his attic. Afterwards air sealed, place new Duel baffles and added 17" of TruSoft Cellulose Insulation to a resistance of R60.
