Our customers home is for sale, and after a home inspection mold was found in abundance in their attic. Our customer had TCI remediate this attic and correct the ventilation. We used MoldX2 and MoldX2 Botanical products.

Our customer purchased a home and threw buyer concessions had us remediate this attic on once the home was purchased. Our team came in and remediated the attic using MoldX2 products. We added all new rafter vents after cleaning the soffits of any debris or insulation, and added ZypFoam polyurethane foam sealant to the couplers for the duct from the bathroom fans. The homeowner was happy to have a clean attic.

Our customer called us after his home was purchased to remediate his attic space. His roofer discovered mold and venting issues. Our company came in and cleaned the sheathing using Mold X2 products. We also cleared the soffit vents of any debris or insulation and added all new duel baffles. The baffles will help the airflow and ventilate this attic.
