Our customers home was for sale and a buyers inspection came up with potential mold in the attic. Our company came in and evaluated the attic and definitely found mold on the sheathing and trusses. We cleaned the attic using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also cleared the soffit vents and added new rafter baffles so the attic can breathe well again. The home passed final inspection and sold.

Our customer called us to inspect his attic after he purchased his home for there was a home inspection completed and mold was found in the attic.
