Mold Removal Before & After Photos

Our customers home was being sold and a buyers inspection showed a suspicious substance on the sheathing and truss of the attic. 

Our company came in and cleaned the attic using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also cleared all the soffit vents and added new DuroVent baffles to correct the ventilation. Our customer was happy the home was sold.

Our customers home was for sale and a Home Inspection showed mold in three separate attics. Our company came in and remediated the attic using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also cleared all the soffits of any debris or insulation and added duel rafter venting to correct the ventilation. The sale proceeded and both parties were happy to have done in a timely manner.

Our customer called us for she had a foul odor coming from her attic. After having another company out for a attic check she was told she had critter's living in there. Once critter control took care of the problem she was in need of a good cleanout and new insulation. 

This mold was detected during a home inspection upon a sale.  Our company replaced baffles with new duel durovent baffles and remediated the mold with RMR-86 and RMR-141 which will remove the staining and mold. 

  Before our customer's home went on the market to sell, they had us come check the attic space for mold to be proactive in the process.  We found mold that needs remediation.
