Our customers home was on the market to be sold. The buyers inspection showed a mold like substance on the sheathing and truss of the attic. Our company came in and remediated the mold using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. The sale proceeded and the home was sold.

Our customers home is on the market for sale and a home inspection showed a mold like substance on the truss and sheathing of the attic. Once our inspection was completed we also found a duct for a bath room fan was not sealed correctly and the intake ventilation needed to be corrected. We cleaned the attic with Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also sealed the ducting that was exiting the attic. The soffit vents were cleared of debris and insulation and venting baffles were added.
