Our local realtor called due to his client's attic bring flagged for suspicious substance of a house he is purchasing. The mold was due to a lack of ventilation in the attic. We also cleared all the soffit vents of debris and insulation and added all new DuroVent duel baffles for correct airflow in the is attic. This attic was cleaned and the new homeowners were happy to have completed before they moved in.
