Our customer called us out to his home for mold in his garage. Once there and talking about the garage storage our customer had us quote for insulation. He wanted accessible storage in the attic of his garage and a warmer garage to work in. We installed a Super platform catwalk with insulation dams. He was please to have a warmer garage and all storage above for easy access.

After adding a new bath fan vent our customer found mold in his attic.  After our quote with this customer he decided to choose TCI for his contractor for we could fix all his problems with one company. Customer was pleased to have a clean and heathy attic.

Our customer home was hot in the summer and cool in the winter. We removed all insulation, air sealed can light covers and top plates, wire penetration plus blow in 17" for a R60. His home is ready for those weather change conditions in Michigan.

Our customer called us out to his home for he had mold in the attic and critters have also made a mess in the insulation. We cleaned the attic sheathing and truss plus we air sealed all penetrations and top plate before we added New Cellulose Insulation. Our customer was happy not to have critters running in the attic space anymore
