This Michigan attic had spotty black mold on the plywood roof decking.
This home in Brighton had mold on the roof decking inside the attic. TCI was able to treat the mold with the Mold-X2 system which cleans and prevents mold growth.
Our customers home was for sale and a home inspection found mold in the attic. Once our inspection was completed we were able to find why mold became a problem in this attic. The installed batt fiberglass was pressed up to the outer edge not allowing for any airflow to be possible. There were a few baffles improperly installed but clearly not enough to allow proper ventilation for this attic to breathe. Our solution was to treat the mold with Mold X2 products and add new baffles pulling insulation away from edge and clearing the eaves of any debris. Our customers home now has a clean and properly breathing attic for his family now and the new homeowner soon.
Our customer was having a roof replaced and mold was found in the attic of her home. Once our company assessed the attic we were able to come in and treat this attic with MoldX2 products and MoldX2 Botanicals.
