Mold Removal Before & After Photos

Our customer was having new shingles placed on his roof and the contractor stated their was mold in the attic. After our inspection the job was to remediate the truss and sheathing in the attic and to clear all the soffit vents of debris and ad all new duel wide baffling. We used Mold X2, Mold X2 Botanical products and DuroVent duel baffles. Or customer was happy to know his attic was healthy and ventilated properly.

Our customer called for their home was given a home inspection and there was mold in the attic. Our company came into remediate. We used Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also place new duel baffle to correct the ventilation in the attic. Our customers home went on to be sold.

Our customer was having her shingles replaced on her roof and the contractor noted there is mold in the attic. After our assessment we came in and cleaned this attic using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products.

Our customer had purchased this home and had us into inspect the attic and we found mold on the sheathing and trusses. TCI came into remediate and corrected the ventilation. We used Mold X2 product and cleared the soffits of debris and insulation then added duel wide rafter vents (baffles) to correct the ventilation. He was happy to have completed and now can move on the the rest of the projects intended for his home and not worry about attic mold anymore.

Our customer was having a new roof placed on their home and the roofing company found mold in the attic. Many of the OSB boards were replaced and all new soffit vents were being installed. Our team was hired to clean the attic of mold and place new baffles in the soffits vents. We used mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanicals to clean the surfaces. Then we added the baffles and the attic was completed. Our customers roof and attic are now in good shape for many years to come.
