Mold Removal Before & After Photos

Home inspection completed for a sale. Remediation needed our company was called out to do this job.  We use product RMR-86 and RMR-141 to clean the satin and mold.  We also ensure the ventilation is correct to help prevent reoccurrence of mold.

Our customer called us out to his home for he had noticed a odor when he popped his head into his attic for a check. He mentioned his attic was remediated approximately 20 years ago. Unfortunately mold did reoccur. Our company came in and assessed this attic and found that there were no corrective ventilation done back years ago so the mold had come back. Along with remediating the attic using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products we were able to clean this sheathing and truss. Step two of this process is ensuring soffits are cleared of any debris and then duel wide baffles are placed. This allow the attic to breath properly with a corrective ventilation. He was happy knowing his family is living in a home with out mold in the attic.

This home sale was on hold for the home inspection showed a mold like substance in the attic. Our company was hired to remediate

the attic and correct the ventilation. We came in and cleaned the sheathing with Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanicals and also cleared the soffit vents from debris and added all new DuroVent duel baffles for correcting the ventilation. The dale vent on and both the seller and buyers appreciated our expeditiousness on this project.

Our customers home was for sale and a buyers inspection came up with potential mold in the attic. Our company came in and evaluated the attic and definitely found mold on the sheathing and trusses. We cleaned the attic using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also cleared the soffit vents and added new rafter baffles so the attic can breathe well again. The home passed final inspection and sold.
