Mold Removal Before & After Photos

Our customers was selling their home and the buyers inspection showed a mold like substance on the sheathing, trusses, and gable walls. Our company came in and cleaned all surfaces with Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. Once cleaned we corrected the ventilation by adding rafter venting after clearing the soffit vents. The sale for our customer proceeded and both parties were happy we could complete the job quickly.

Our customer called us after having a home inspection for their home for a realtor sale.  The inspector noted a mold like substance on the sheathing, trusses and gable walls. Our company came in and remediated the mold using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. Afterwards we cleared all soffit vents and added new rafter vents to correct the ventilation. Homeowner needed mold remediated as soon as possible for there was a pending sale on the property.  We were able to take care of our customer in a timely manner for the sale to proceed for closing.  We remediated the attic using products RMR-86 and RMR-141 to clean the staining and mold.  We also cleared the soffits of debris and insulation and added new duel baffles for proper airflow in the attic.  Improper ventilation in an attic can cause humidity to spike and cause condensation leading to mold growth.
